Bureaucrassy

I spent a lot of time in various Italian bureaucratic engines: Polizia di Stato, the Questura, etc... and they all seem to have one thing in common. When I need a form (and everything here requires some form or another) they invariably look on their local system, then on the network/WAN, then, finally, they always turn to Google for the form in question. A few unrefined search terms later, they finally print it out for me.

That Google has a better grip on Italian bureaucracy than the 'proper' state organs is only fitting. Don't act so surprised.
